Filippos Paroutoglou is a partner of ASF actively contributing to our corporate development. He has more than 20 years of work experience in the accounting profession, initially in the private and later in the public sector. He started his professional career in accounting for companies in the building/construction sector and later in manufacturing as a financial executive of the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Almopia. In recent years, he has immersed himself in the finances of public administration, being knowledgeable in Public Accounting and the implementation and management of the double-entry system in bodies of the wider Public sector with a specialization in local government organizations. As a consultant, he provides accounting and tax support services to more than 200 private companies, business groups and public organizations. He is a graduate of the Economics Department of the University of Macedonia and an approved First Class Accountant by the Economic Chamber of Greece.
